{ Steven & Kirsten :: The Wedding Reception }

Isn't everything prettier in pink? What a fun combo for a wedding: ballerina pink, Tiffany blue, glitter gold, and a touch of cheetah! It was truly so much fun styling this vintage, carnival wedding for Kirsten and her sweetheart Steven.

And just wait til you get a look at the stunning couple in my next post. They made my flowers look GOOD!

Thanks again Kirsten and Steven for the opportunity to be a part of such a memorable wedding. Enjoy your happily {for}ever after!

{ A Blushing Bridal Bouquet }

What could be more beautiful than a bouquet of ruffled pink peonies mixed with blooming pink ranunculus in the middle of May! I love the fresh, feminine feeling these spring flowers brings! And just wait 'til you see the bride that this bouquet belonged to. Talk about a blushing bride!

{ Nick & Jenna :: The Reception }

One look at that grey sofa and I was in love! In fact, one look at everything at this lovely backyard reception and I was in love. The Marie Antoinette theme was pulled quite well with lots of pinks, creams, candelabras, vintage teacups, sparkly chandeliers, and feathers! Enjoy a few pictures I snapped as I dropped off the pretty arrangements for this gorgeous wedding celebration.

{ Nick & Jenna :: A Marie Antoinette Wedding }

Greetings happy flower followers! I just finished delivering some of the most exquisite flowers for a Marie Antoinette themed wedding here in Southern California.

Jenna, the bride, wanted the affair full of color, romance, and feathers! I think we achieved all three. So fun! So flirty! So Marie Antoinette! Can't wait to show off some photos of the reception...

{ Derrick & Kim :: A Vintage Inspired Wedding }

If you love vintage, then you're sure to love these flowers I designed for Derrick & Kim's vintage-inspired wedding at The Villa San Juan Capistrano. Set amidst the backdrop of Mission San Juan Capistrano and old downtown San Juan, it's the perfect place to host such an event!

Later the next day as I was perusing through the images on my camera when I received a text message from the bride. It read: "Hi Aubrey!!! I just wanted to send you a quick thank you for the beautiful flowers you put together for our wedding. You did an amazing job and everything was beautiful! Big hugs from the both of us!" Put a big 'ole smile on my face!

{ HAPPY EASTER :: Eggs-quisite Arrangements }

Remember THESE little Easter egg arrangements from last year? Well, my Mom loved them so much, she asked me to make them again for our Sunday Easter Celebration. This time I mixed a few flowers from the garden with the leftovers from this weekend's wedding. Aren't they simply eggs-quisite!

{ Wedding Flowers :: Colton & Adrienne }

Sometimes a bride comes along with such an incredible vision for her wedding flowers that I honestly count down the days until it's "design time." For me, this was one of those weddings!

My dear friend Adrienne, a fellow Interior Designer, had an inspiring vision for her bouquet and wedding flowers. One look at these images and you'll see what I mean. I absolutely love the mix of the coral, navy, and seafoam green blooms. What a delicious combo!

{ Sneak Preview :: Jeff & M.E. }

It feels so good to have my fingers in the flowers again! Stripping thorns, clipping stems, plucking guard petals. It's good to be back! And just in time to design these gorgeous flowers for a gorgeous bride.

Take a look at some of the flowers she and her wedding party will be showing off at her spring wedding. The bridal bouquet is my absolute favorite. I love the way the soft transitions between the peonies, ranunculus, and sweet pea, and the way the fern sort of peak through for texture and dimension. It's beautiful...and smells insane!

I'm back! And this time as a MRS. That's right! I got married. WOOHOO!!! But this blog isn't about me and my wedding, it's about you and yours! So let's get back to business...

I had so much fun working on this wedding for the darling couple Jeff & M.E. They were so easy to work with and had a gorgeous vision for their spring wedding. Here's a little sneak peak at the entry arrangement we created for their barnyard reception. Stay tuned for more fabulous flowers to come!

{A Classic Wedding :: Jessie & Katie }

Oh how I wish you could smell this lovely bridal bouquet with all of it's peonies and tulips and ranunculus. It's like heaven on earth being surrounded by these glorious flowers!

I had so much fun designing this classic black, white and red wedding for my dear friend Katie Hatch's wedding. She was an absolutely joy to work with and left the majority of the creative control to me. Oh how I love that!

For Katie's wedding party she wanted a classic look which we created with the timeless red rose and a few other fun blooms like anemone and freesia for the parents. Then for the centerpieces we stepped up the creativity a notch and designed these beautiful white boxes tied with black and white ribbons, each adorned with a bouquet of red and white blooms. I absolutely love the way they turned out and I hope the bride and groom did too!
