{ Andrea Kane :: Bridal Shower }
Lately, more and more brides have been requesting a mock-up of their wedding flowers to get a better feel for what the flowers on their wedding day will look like. This past weekend I was able to coordinate the mock-up with this particular bride's Bridal Shower! How smart is that?
For her "shower flowers" we went with a neutral palate of green and white and mixed in some rich burgundy and soft pink/peach for a pop of color. One thing the bride really loves is texture which I think we accomplished with the variety of blooms in this arrangement. I just love how the flowers play off one another in this elegant and sophisticated arrangement.
{ Flowers :: hydrangea, juliet garden rose, dahlia, lisianthus, akito rose, arabicum, chocolate cosmo, dianthus, hanging amaranthus, jasmine vine }

{ Chibuikem & Ijeoma :: Sneak Preview }
I just thought I'd leave you with a little teaser from last weekend's wedding. I love when photographers give a little something to wet the palette. Can't wait for more...

{ Chibuikem & Ijeoma :: Palos Verdes Wedding }
I am so excited to share these flowers. So excited I couldn't even wait 24 hours before posting them! What a gorgeous wedding it was today at the beautiful La Venta Inn. If you've never been to the oceanside town of Palos Verdes Estates, GO! It is so serene, so beautiful, and a nice escape from the 100 degree heat in Glendora! But back to the flowers...I am so in love with each and every arrangement. I mean, how could I not be with colors like navy, charcoal and peach. Swoon! Check out these gorgeous photos and see what I mean.

{ Jordan & Makenzie :: THE Bridal Bouquet }
I finally got my hands on a few pics from the wedding day of this beautiful bride and her handsome husband and thought I'd share my two favorites from their picture perfect day. Aren't they a knock-out couple? Yah, we're related.

{ Keith & Alisha :: Del Mar Wedding }
I love going back and looking at photographs of the flowers, long after the hard labor of designing is over. There's always this sense of great accomplishment that fills me as I look through each image, remembering how amazing it was to create each individual piece.
This past weekend I had the pleasure of designing these unique coastal arrangements for Keith and Alisha's seaside wedding in Del Mar. The bride's one request was that the flowers keep with the coastal theme and include succulents! Lots and lots of succulents! Check out the incredible arrangements we came up with for this one-of-a-kind beach front wedding.
{Wedding Flowers :: phalaenopsis orchids, succulents, dusty miller, fern shoots, sliver brunia, ranunculus, curly willow, ribbon branches, grapewood branches, reindeer moss }
